Healthy Living – 3H

3H have been learning about healthy living and a balanced diet. We learnt how to chop and slice healthy and fresh ingredients. We then used these ingredients to make our very own sensational salads. What a delightfully delicious day!

Here are 3 tips for keeping healthy:

1. Eat a balanced diet – not too many fats and oils 

2. Drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated and flush out waste from your body  

3. Get at least 30 minutes exercise a day to strengthen your muscles and get your blood flowing
