I did the Joe Wicks workout for the first week and then for the second week I went on my big trampoline. I would recommend the workout to anyone who hasn’t done it yet. I heard that on Friday the 3rd of April that he is doing a fancy dress workout.

I have done it every day and I will do it every day until he stops! It is great fun especially fancy dress fridays
