The Holi festival takes place in either late February or early March. It is the Festival of Colour and it is celebrated mainly by Hindus. It signifies the victory of good over evil. The festival is also celebrated as thanksgiving for good harvest. The festival is celebrated by going into the streets and throwing either coloured powders or paints at people. This year Holi is being celebrated on the 10th March.
Do you celebrate Holi? Have you learnt about Holi? Let us know in the comments.

I was so fun . It was one of the funnest things we have done in Year 4 so far. One of the things that I was looking forward to was making group films but then we had to close down.

Holi is really fun. It’s a shame about the videos but perhaps you could practise your skills at home.
