Greek Workshop by 6C

On the 14th of January 2020, all of year six had a Greek workshop, where we got to help a time traveller who goes to  Ancient Greece to complete a very important mission. We got to join in with some activities set by a Greek lady.We also got to meet many people who taught us some Greek facts –  including the Greek alphabet (which was very different from ours!) The most standout moment was when we got to act out a famous Greek myth – it was certainly very lively. After a while, we met a very tearful servent and we met Zeus (King of all the gods) and he helped us with our activities about Greek gods and goddesses.

It was extremely interactive. Whenever we wanted to transport to Ancient Greece, we had to laugh! It was so much fun and it was a tiny bit spooky: the master of time travelling jumped out and gave us all a shock! When we wanted to send something to the spy headquarters, we had to use a special gadget to send them the answer.

This was such a great experience.Year 6 really enjoyed this Ancient Greek workshop!!!!
