The Richmond Safe Walking team came to work with 3J to help us learn to cross the road safely.
Here are our top 5 tips for crossing roads safely
* Remember the Green Cross Code – STOP, THINK, LOOK, LISTEN
* Never cross between parked cars on a busy road.
* If you are crossing by a parked car remember to check if there is a driver.
* Never walk on the edge of the road.
* Always cross in a straight line.
At the end of our training we were all awarded with a Richmond Safe Walking Scheme badge.
