Top Tips For Tests

SATs are coming up and we know that stress is filling your mind. We all want to do very well but how can we cope with all the discombobulating stress. Here are some top tips for stress relief during test time.

  • When stress takes over just exercise, even if you are against the idea is can make you feel much calmer.
  • To have fun while revising and studying you could have a pop quiz with your friends.
  • When you stress out, drawing and using calming colouring sheets can help.
  • Enjoy the test and focus on the moment, don’t focus on what will happen after the test.
  • Even though most people will know this trick, it really help you out. Take a deep breath and blow out.
  • Read a book and you can take your mind off your SATs.
  • Use these tips and you will complete your SATs with less stress.
