Christmas CD Cover Design Winner

After an exciting competition to draw a design for the Chase Bridge Christmas CD was launched, the winner had been announced as Sophie in 3H!

Speaking to the winner, Sophie told us about winning the competition.

“It was the best thing ever. I thought I was never going to win. I felt shocked and my CD cover was a reindeer close up with glitter.”

Helping choose the design were the friends of Chase Bridge and Mrs O’Hara. They were looking for something colourful, that would stand out. The winner’s design was chosen for being really bold and bright.

Everyone around the school has been excited about the CD and it has been a wonderful whole school effort.

Speaking to children,we heard lots of reasons why the CD has put them in the Christmas spirit.

Jake in Oak told us about the song his class were singing. “We are singing Little Donkey and it is very good.”

While Mia in 6B said “I’m very excited about our song and wondering how it is going to sound.”

But not only the children were excited.

Speaking to Mrs O’Hara she told us about what went into making the CD happen.

“Everyone had lots of fun and practiced lots to make the Christmas CD. One of my favourite songs was Winter Wind Sound man.”

Everyone enjoyed making the CD and the cover. Well done to Sophie for winning the CD cover competition and to everyone who took part in making this CD happen.
