On the March 21st, parents and members of the communitywere invited to the grand opening of the Edible Playground.
The ceremony started with some Spring singing from children in year 4 and was followed by a speech from Mr King. During his speech he thanked everyone for their hard work and support with making the edible garden become a reality.

After, there was a ribbon cutting and everyone was invited to have a look around.

Everyone was talking about how they can’t wait to see what will grow and for more colour to fill our garden area.
You can find out more about the people who helped build the garden here.
Have you been into the Edible Garden? What are your class growing? Let us know in the comments.
